Aachi Dindigul Biryani Masala is a spice mixture for biryani with chicken, mutton, or lamb. Because of the high calibre of its products, Aachi has become a household name.

Ingredients: Onion, tomato, Edible vegetable oil - refined sunflower oil, salt, garlic, ginger, mint leaves, coriander leaves, greenchilli, red chilli powder, dry ginger, cassia, cloves, star anise, fennel, turmeric, bay leaves and Acidity Regulator.
In a pressure cooker, add 50 ml of edible oil or ghee and heat thoroughly. Then, add the provided whole spices (Pack 1), and sauté on low heat for a minute. 400g of veggies, 750g of cleaned chicken, or precooked mutton pieces can be added. Sauté well for 2 minutes. Fill the provided Biryani Masala Paste (Pack 2) and stir well over a medium temperature for 5 minutes, or until the oil begins to drip out.
800ml of water and 500g of rice have now been added. Mix thoroughly and taste for salt. Place the whistle behind cover. Cook the food for three whistles on a medium-high heat. Aachi Dindigul Biryani is now ready and delicious. Serve hot with raita or brinjal gravy.
