Aachi Fish Fry Masala 200g
Make a paste of Aachi Fish Fry Masala with water and Lemon Juice. Apply paste on fish pieces. After 2 hours deep fry the pieces in cooking oil. No need to add salt. This Masala also can be used to prepare Yam and Potato fries.
Chilli, Salt, Cumin, Garlic, Ginger, Star Anise, Cloves, Gram Dhal, Pepper, Cinnamon.
