Biryani Masala consists of Red Chilli Powder, Coriander, Garlic, Salt, Ginger, Fennel, Cumin, Black Pepper, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Clove, Star Anise and Bay Leaf

Recipe: Heat 3 TBSP of oil and add the marinated chicken or mutton and sauté for 5-10 minutes. In a thick bottom vessel layer, the marinated chicken and rice alternatively.

Pour the remaining oil and 50ml of ghee over it. Top it with chopped coriander and mint leaves. (optional: soak a piece of Saffron in 2 Tbsp of milk and spread all over the mixture).

Cover the vessel tightly so that steam does not come out. Cook on High heat, for 5 minutes, then place tava or pan beneath the vessel and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes. Tasty Aachi Hyderabadi Dum Biryani is ready to serve.
