Vatha Kulambu, a South Indian soup/gravy made with vathals/sun dried veggies and is cooked using 'Aachi Vatha Kulambu Masala', a mixture of herbs and spices.
Vathal Kuzhambu is Traditional Recipe of Tamil nadu. This gravy for rice is served all over South India in a traditional meal setting.
Cooking Instructions: Heat 2 Table spoon of gingerly oil, add desired vathal / vegetables, fry well add this Aachi Vathal Kulambu Masala 50g and 2 cups(500ml) of water, boil until thick.
Ingredients: Red Chillies, Dhania, Fenugreek, Tamarind, Salt, Sugar, Asafoetida, Mustard, Rice flour, Toor Dhal, Curry Leaves.
