Recipe: Onions are fried in hot oil or ghee until they are golden. Tomatoes are added to the same oil or ghee and fried for 8 to 10 minutes, or until tender and the oil separates. Add the mutton or chicken and cook for 1-2 minutes with the Mehran Ginger & Garlic Paste. After that, cook the potatoes, yoghurt, and Mehran Bombay Biryani Masala. Cook the beef covered over low heat until it is tender. When more than half of the rice is cooked, remove the pan from the heat and filter the water. In a separate pan, combine 8 to 9 glasses of water, 2 to 2 1/2 tablespoons of salt, and 2 to 3 cups of soaked Mehran Basmati rice. Spread the rice with the prepared masala in two layers, then top with the brown onion, fresh mint, and fresh coriander. When the rice is finished cooking, combine it and serve.
