What is the minimum order for FREE delivery?
If your delivery address is in Leeds (LS) or Bradford (BD) then £30 is the minimum order for free delivery (exclusions apply). For all other mainland UK postcodes the minimum order is £40 for free delivery.
Is there a minimum order value?
NO, there is no minimum order value. You can order less than £30 (Leeds or Bradford) or £40 (rest of the mainland UK). It's only that your order does not qualify for free delivery. See below for delivery charges based on your order value

Your orders must be received before 11am for it to be dispatched on the same day. Orders received between 11am on Thursday and Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. However, If the order does not contain perishables then it will be dispatched on Friday for Monday delivery. Non Mainland UK Postcodes (excludes weekends and bank holidays)
For Non Mainland UK postcodes delivery charges apply at all times, even if your order value is more than £40.
In some cases we will be unable to send perishables items, owing to customs and delivery restrictions. We will contact you if the restriction applies to your order.
Also the below charges have a weight restriction of 27 kgs. If you order weight exceeds 27 kgs, we will contact you to agree a way forward.

We understand sometimes you would like to get this deliveries made before a specified time of the day or during the weekend (Saturday). These are premium services and will incur a charge regardless of the order value. The costs excludes Sundays and Bank Holidays when no deliveries will made.
